3. We schedule your regular visits.

5. Billing is handled monthly for recurring plans.

No contracts. Cancel anytime.

• Weekly Service — Scheduled visits about 4 times per month, ideal for yards that see regular use or multiple dogs.

• Every Other Week — Scheduled visits about 2 times per month, great for lighter usage or smaller households.

Both plans include dog waste removal during each visit, cover 1 dog, and are designed for standard residential yards up to ¼ acre.

Yes — you can update your billing info or or make changes through our secure Stripe Customer Portal.

Optional monthly add-ons available during checkout include:

• Additional Dog

• Yard Deodorizing

• Waste Disposal (we haul away)

• Medium Yard Coverage (¼–½ acre)

These add-ons customize your plan without requiring a full custom quote.

Optional add-ons are available in the Stripe Checkout experience when you subscribe. Just check the boxes for the features you want, and they’ll be billed alongside your monthly subscription.

Yards over ½ acre aren’t covered by the Easy Start plans. For these, we provide custom quotes based on size and expected workload.

A one-time or catch-up cleanup is a single visit to remove all existing dog waste from your yard. Perfect if:

No. As long as you provide yard access (gate code, unlocked gate, or arrangement with neighbors), our team will complete the service.

Just include access instructions in your request or follow-up messages after checkout. We’ll make it work.

We service in light rain when safe. In heavy storms or unsafe conditions, we’ll reschedule your visit and let you know.

Yes — we remove dog waste cleanly and respectfully. We take care to work around your landscaping and pets.
